EarthRite provided truly excellent service, and I am so grateful for the care they showed throughout the entire experience. The administrator, technician, and owner each made a real difference for me. From the first inspection of my brother’s  pre-owned condo to the final day of service, everyone was respectful, professional, informative, and genuinely compassionate. I was especially touched by their kindness and sensitivity toward my brother, who is a disabled veteran.

Technician Tyler provided thorough, detailed service and kept me informed every step of the way, including both the pre- and post-service preparations. He was warm, personable, and greeted me with a smile at a moment when I felt completely overwhelmed and close to tears. His kindness meant more than he probably realized.
Jen, the administrative employee, followed up with us the very next day and kindly shared information about quarterly inspection options. Her follow-through helped me feel supported even after the service was complete.
Scott, the owner, was there from my first contact through completion, patiently explaining what to expect, what steps to take, and how to help prevent the issue in the future. He even came to the condo himself to support his technician and me!  That’s stellar service!  I came to him through a family referral, and he treated me like family too. I truly appreciate Scott and the entire EarthRite team!

Today was the third time I've used Scott's services. In my opinion he is the best in the business. Today he removed two large hornet nests for me. Read his other Google reviews, give him a call, and there is no doubt you will leave him a five star rating also...

Nate arrived in less than 24 hours to treat and remove our Bald Face Hornet nest. Nate educated us thoroughly at every step of the removal. Nate was highly knowledgeable and very safe during the process. We appreciate Nate greatly and the prompt service from EarthRite. I very highly recommend this company.
